Powerpoint Mate (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through powerpointmate.com, how we use it, and how you can access or correct it.

We don’t store your full card details. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
You can browse the site without giving us your details, but we need them to process an order or reply to an enquiry.

Our website includes embedded content and links from third parties, including YouTube videos, Google Maps, Google Fonts, Facebook and Instagram. These services may collect data about your visit under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and account working, remember your selected currency, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. These include a secure (HTTPS) website, restricted admin access and regular software updates. We keep order records as long as needed for tax and legal purposes, then securely delete them.
Overseas disclosure

Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you have an account, you can update your details yourself under My Account.

If you’re concerned about how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first and we’ll work to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or, in New Zealand, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
